El Gekko at Jungle Creek, spacious studio

Positive: The location was exceptional. Saw wildlife right from the room. Bathroom was great and liked the kitchen. Pool and pool area was great. Negative: Attendand did not meet us upon arrival as stated in contract, Wifi ID and passwords were wrong, so had no wifi, Fan is worn out and makes tumping sound - could not sleep with fan on. Took over 20 rings before the site manager would answer the phone. There was no laundry even though the contract claimed there was.

Excellent Value close to everything Positive: This property was amazing. Clean. White towels and sheets impeccable. We had everything we needed and Heidy was wonderful! Thank you for the lovely gift basket too!

A great stay in a beautiful spot Positive: A beautiful location and Heidy was extremely helpful. The air conditioning was very efficient as it was very hot and humid

We will be back!! Positive: Great staff and location. Room was comfortable with everything we needed. The setting is quiet yet just a short walk to the main road so bus was easily accessible.
